Bobble Heads UK are very open regarding policies and information regarding how we work. If something is not listed below and you would like to know the answer then please do ask us and we will try our best to answer. The below questions will answer most of your queries however.

Why so many pre-order items?

Bobble Heads UK sell many brand new to market items, some of which are highly collectible and in short supply or limited numbers. Simply if we (or you) don't pre-order these items you may never recieve them.

We also have a massive range of products which we can get but there isn't a big enough demand for us to purchase entire boxes of them.

Finally the manufacturers we work with usually work in runs of production, maybe creating tens of thousands of hundreds of products in one go, once sold they wait until they are ready for another run of products before committing to another run. This makes the release of products sporadic, sometimes leading to a several month delay between releases of products.

Why should I pre-order?

It's simple really, By pre-ordering you are making making a reservation to recieve a stock item when it arrives in stock, We allocate all our pre-order items before listing anywhere else and we make sure we allocate our pre-order customers the best quality stock upon arrival. Some stock we won't order until a customer pre-orders as there is not enough demand, however once pre-ordered we will endevour to acquire the stock for that order.

We regularly receive stock where we have non left after allocating our pre-order stock. So we always advise pre-ordering stock.

Please be aware that making a pre-order does not guarantee that we will get that item into stock. We also cannot be held responsible for suppliers’ date changes and cancellations.

Will I definately receive what I have pre-ordered?

Yes, unless something extreme happens. In the 4 Years we have been trading there is only 1 product we did not get (Lost Polar Bear, in case you were wondering), simply because it was a SDCC limited edition which sold out before it was put on general release to customers that attended an annual show. We have apart from this exception never not recieved items.

Please be aware that making a pre-order does not guarantee that we will get that item into stock. We also cannot be held responsible for suppliers’ date changes and cancellations.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order anytime before we dispatch it to you. You will receive a full refund for any money paid.

Do you take payment for pre-orders and why?

Yes, Our cart would not be able to allocate a payment to an order previously placed without payment.We don't store details on our system for security purposes so would not have your debit / credit card details for later use which would require us to try and contact everybody again to procure payment which is time consuming.

Where is my pre-order? / My pre-order is late?

The dates we provide on our site are provided to us via our wholesaler / manufacturers. Whilst we take every care to only provide correct information sometimes there are delays in release dates, manufacturing dates and delivery dates. We will endevour to provide as best information as we can but will not guess at in stock dates as some companies do.All pre-orders are important to us and we will provide the items as soon as they are released and imported into the UK. Sometimes these pre-orders arrive early, sometimes late but historically we have them 1st in the UK in 99% of occasions.

How long will my bobble head take to create?

All custom bobble heads are different, we would normally recommend giving us as much time as you can to provide the best results, Most bobble heads are created within 4-5 weeks however we do provide express delivery options to bring that time down to 10 working days, 15 working days. Delivery is always on top of those time scales and is usually 3 days.

How does it work?

Just place your order through our cart, we will then send you an email usually within the hour with a link to our custom bobble head control panel for you to add as many images you need and tell us about your bobble head, ie : colour of eyes, hair and skin tone and make any other comments. From then on we will make a prototype of your bobble head and send you some proof images. You can make changes to the prototype until you are happy, we will then paint the prototype and you can again go through the proofing process before we finally dispatch it to you.

Does the head have to bobble?

No, we can create fixed figures also, using the same process. It costs no extra for the head to bobble or not bobble.

Who delivers the bobble head and is it free?

We arrange delivery via a courier usually Fed Ex to your house or workplace.

Can I get a refund for a custom bobble head?

If we haven't ordered and started work on your bobble heads, yes. Otherwise no, These are hand made products made to your design and created just for you by our artists, once work has started there is no refunds for this product under any circumstances. If your bobble head arrives damaged we will replace the item free of charge for you upon receipt of images showing damage within 3 days of receiving the item

What if it arrives damaged?

In the very unlikely event your custom bobble head arrives damaged we will replace the item free of charge for you upon receipt of images showing damage within 3 days of receiving the item. This is to allow us to claim from our courier company. This has happened only once and we replaced the item within one week.

Can I change the colour of clothes?

Yes, changing the colour of clothes on standard bodies is possible however it requires a repaint which is chargeable. You can find the costs by scrolling down to the options section on every custom bobble head before you add to our cart.

Do you pricematch company x?

Yes, if you can provide us details of another company in the UK selling our products cheaper than us with delivery included, please do contact us and we would be happy to pricematch.

Can I pick up an item from you?

No, we are a mail order company and do not have any retail shop frontage or area where products can be picked up.

Cancelling an order?

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of your receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you must tell us 1st by email or telephone. Please quote your order number on your email. You should make sure that the item is in a resalable condition. You should ensure that the item is still in its original packaging with all seals and wrapping undamaged. Should you cancel your order, you should return your goods to us.

I've changed my mind and no longer want this item?

If you would like to return a purchase, you may do so within 14 days of the date of dispatch. The item must be in a resalable condition and in its original and undamaged packaging, complete with its original and undamaged external box. Please be aware that we will not refund you the cost of the return postage.

My item is damaged or faulty?

In the event of faulty goods, please contact us initially. If we are unable to replace your faulty item/s, then we will issue a full refund or a replacement. Please note , the item/s must be returned to us for this to be processed.

Are your products all official?

Yes, every single licensed product we sell is 100% official. We do not sell gaming machine plushes, and only sell fully licensed retail quality products.

What does not mint mean?

Our not mint products generally mean the packaging is damaged in some way, there may be some small blemishes on the item's paintwork or other small defects. If in doubt please ask us before purchasing.

Which postage services do you use?

For the UK we are currently using Royal Mail for standard delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery.

For international orders, we use Royal Mail Airmail.

All Custom Bobble Heads are sent via DHL, Please note on occasion it is possible that the local delivery company will ask you to pay import tax on our products, this is very rare and is usually due to a mistake on the couriers part. We will refund any costs of this type upon proof of charges and receipt of payment being sent to us via email.

I have received my shipping notice but have not received my item?

With the exception of Special Delivery Bobble Heads UK allow 21 days from the dispatch date before we will investigate. Internationally this will be 6 Weeks. Please do contact us earlier however as we do at our discretion sometimes use Recorded Delivery for our deliveries allowing us if this is the case to provide tracking numbers etc.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Bobble Heads Uk ship to most places in the world, shipping charges are calculated by the shopping cart. We use Royal Mail International Signed For for our parcels.
